Many people living in the surrounding areas of the GTA face the inconvenience of commuting to downtown to get access to coop work spaces. These commutes consume time, transportation costs, and detract from work-life balance. LAUFT addresses these issues by providing workspaces to users in the surrounding GTA areas. It had been about a year with the original Lauft App (MVP) and we wanted to determine the pain-points faced by users when booking a space and location using the App.

Openscreen

Case Study

Openscreen is the contactless customer engagement & commerce layer for the internet. Openscreen enables the creation of interactive applications that allow enterprises to meet, interact and transact with their customers and resources wherever they are. My role on this project was to update the platform's Dashboard from the ground up with new components, branding, restructuring of the information architecture, creating new userflows and updating the overall user experience.
