Innovation
As Ms. Frizzle said growing up: “Take chances, make mistakes, get messy!” Always better yourself, continuously evolve and learn new things. Don't be satisfied with mediocrity and stay away from stagnation. I'm not saying reinvent the wheel, more like if you have the time, make it better.
Accountability
For me, accountability means taking ownership of my decisions and their outcomes. Its about being responsible and doing it right the first time. But if things don't work out, I believe in owning up to it and taking steps to correct the issue.
Empathy
Putting myself in other people's shoes means thinking about their needs, what they're trying to accomplish, and the pain points they may face. How could I make that product more intuitive, inclusive, and accessible? Knowing that people think differently.
Respect
People come from all walks of life, and you have no idea about all the experiences that they've had to deal with to get to where they are now. I treat everyone equally, whether you're the CEO or the janitor.
Real Recognizes Real.
